500 Series: Design-Build Teaming Agreement
The Design-Build Teaming Agreement developed by the CDBI is available as a free download to all CDBI members. This Agreement made between the Team Leader (Project Respondent) and the Team Member (a party participating in the preparation of the Proposal) is a model form designed to clearly define each party's rights and responsibilities.
The form is a fillable PDF and may be filled in and printed. Please note Adobe Acrobat Reader does not have the option to save the information you fill in.
